I’m a 40-year-old mother of 2 active boys, juggling office work and home. I have struggled with obesity over the last 20 years (a combination of bad genes and unhealthy eating habits). After the birth of my second child, I was nearly 200 lbs. I would get tired easily and could hardly be up on my feet for more than 15 mins. I really needed my energy and stamina back. I tried diet after diet, made mistakes, and learned every step of the way. Today, I’m 70 lbs. lighter (well within my ideal BMI), active and enthusiastic.
